Sprinkler Ally

A CAREFUL HANDOFF

When the next step needs someone on site.

Keep the useful work you have already done. Your diagnosis, observations and photos can help a local professional arrive better prepared.

Before choosing a provider

  1. Confirm service area, relevant experience and actual availability.
  2. Verify any required license with the official local regulator, and ask for current insurance evidence.
  3. Ask for a written visit fee, scope, exclusions, change-order process and warranty terms.
  4. Agree directly with the provider before any paid field work begins.

Your handoff checklist

  • Case number, symptoms, when they started and urgent concerns.
  • Controller and valve model numbers, useful photos and tests already completed.
  • Safe access, irrigation shutoff location if known and appointment contact details.

Share only the information you authorize. We request your permission before an introduction or sharing your case with a provider.

Clear expectations

A local referral is not guaranteed availability or emergency dispatch. You choose, contract with and pay the provider directly. Sprinkler Ally currently collects no referral fee. If we have no verified match, we will say so.

If uncontrolled water or an electrical hazard creates immediate danger, prioritize a safe shutoff if accessible and contact the appropriate local emergency or utility service. Do not touch exposed electrical equipment.
